Meet Our team

Gregory graduated from Associated Builders and Contractors Inc. in 1990. He has his MD HVAC Master License, WV HVAC Master License, MD Statewide Electrician Journeyman License, MD EPA Certification and First Grade Stationary Engineer License. Gregory founded G&M Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. in 2005. With over 30 years experience, he is well known and respected for his quality work. Outside of work, Greg enjoys staying busy and occasionally hunting with his son. Greg is very hard working and a great person all around.

Colby graduated from Lincoln College of Technology in 2010 for HVAC. Colby has been working with G&M Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. along side his father (Gregory) since 2006.  He has his MD HVAC Master License, WV HVAC Master License, MD Statewide Electrician Journeyman License, EPA Type I & II Certificate and GEO Thermal Service Certificate. Outside of work, Colby enjoys everything hunting and spending time with his family. He is also a diehard Ravens fan and loves going to games. Colby is an indispensable part of our team.

Danyele, Colby’s wife, joined the G&M team in 2024, bringing over 14 years of office and billing experience. She manages billing and receivables, payroll, dispatch, serves as our brand ambassador, and supports many other essential functions. Her dedication keeps our daily operations running smoothly while helping build community and spark interest in our company. Outside of work, Danyele loves spending time with her family, all things beauty, and anything Halloween/horror-related. She’s a fast learner who’s always willing to step in wherever she’s needed. Quite honestly, we don’t know where we’d be without her!

Robin, Greg’s wife, has been working alongside him since 2005. She oversees the financial health of the company and long-term financial planning. Her expertise plays a major role in keeping the business strong and steady. Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, visiting the beach, playing bingo, and going to concerts. A true realist, she keeps the team sensible, reasonable, and grounded. We’re grateful to have such a dedicated and hardworking person on our team — her contributions never go unnoticed.
