•Our Semiannual Preventive Maintenance Contract includes two services per year, Spring AC tune up and Fall heating tune up for one system.  Additional systems are an additional fee per unit and service must be done within the same appointment as the initial unit service. Customer will receive discounted PM price as well as 10% discount on all parts and materials used for service during term of contract.

•What's included ...

1. Clean evaporator coil

2. Clean evaporator drain lines

3. Change the filter (Standard 1 inch filter, any/all other filters subject to additional fee)

4. Clean area around condenser and clean outdoor coil

5. Check amperage draw on all motors

6. Check all system capacitors

7. Check refrigerant levels 

8. Test Function of electronic controls

9. Service motor and belts

10. Test thermostat operation 

11. Check Delta T

12. Check contactor

13. Inspect safety controls

14. Clean and adjust pilot assembly

15. Check pressure switches

16. Check Flue (furnaces)

17. Check heating elements

18. Clean flame sensor/electrode

19. Check heat exchanger operation

20. Clean furnace cabinet

21. Clean heat exchanger

22. Change Oil filter and nozzle (Only oil furnaces)
